The theme of the fourth grade religion program is Reconciliation. The entire book prepares the students for this sacrament. Through the course of the year the students become prepared to receive the sacrament in a more mature way than their first reception of Reconciliation as part of the 2nd Grade Communion Program. The parents are asked to attend two night meetings about the sacrament and then at a third night gathering in Church the students will receive the sacrament at a beautiful Reconciliation ceremony.
